Returns & Refunds – EU Store

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is purchased in our store or delivered to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required


How to Start a Return

Please contact us at orderseu@lordsofharlech.com to begin your return.

You may choose to:

  • Return by Mail
    If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions.

  • Return In-Store
    You can bring your return to our Amsterdam location:
    Utrechtsestraat 127, 1017VL Amsterdam

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at orderseu@lordsofharlech.com so we can make it right.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the refund approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
